― My background

I’ve been creative most of my life, beginning my journey as an artist and contemporary dancer. Through movement, I found a profound connection to the language of life until an injury shifted my path. My life expression transformed—from using my body to tell stories to understanding how and why the body moves.

This exploration led me into the healing arts, where I trained as a bodyworker and discovered the profound connection between physical and energetic balance. For years, I thrived as a body therapist and yoga teacher, guiding others through physical and spiritual practices.

In 2015, the call for a shift arrived. It was time to expand, create something beyond employment and step thoroughly into entrepreneurialism—a space where I could weave all my skills, wisdom, and passions together.

Now, as a Creatrix, I guide women through transformative transitions—whether it's healing abdominal wounds, embracing the journey of menopause, rediscovering their power in life’s changing seasons, or honouring significant life milestones in life through bespoke ceremonies as my role as a civil celebrant. My work as a celebrant reflects the same principles I bring to my healing practice: the belief that every transition, whether joyful or bittersweet, deserves sacred recognition and a meaningful, personalised touch.

My work honours life cycles, blending ancient wisdom with contemporary tools to create profound healing, renewal, and celebration. Whether it’s facilitating a healing journey, holding space for menopause allies, or crafting ceremonies that celebrate love, loss, or life’s turning points, I am here to guide and inspire.

My calling is to hold space for others as they rewrite their stories, honour their transitions, and step into their fullest selves with authenticity and grace.

"When We See A Person In Different Forms Of Media, We Call Them A Celebrity.

When We See An Artist In Different Forms, We Call Them A Star.

When We See An Ordinary Person Have More Than One Way Of Earning Money, We Call Them Unfocused.

When In Reality, They Are Creatrix."

What they say on:

Most of these reviews are from clients or students that I have worked with one-to-one in my health & wellness business and body therapist or healer. You will also read testimonies from a few attendees who have attended my Yoga events. I hope they make for a well and trusted read.

The video testimonies are from women with whom I have the privilege to work. Having trusted me with their health and gotten results - I'm all the richer in experience, leadership and skills. Having worked with them. I look forward to helping more women. I want to give special thanks to these women. For it takes more to leave a video testimony - Thank you, ladies.
